The consultant track is similar to career paths at management consulting firms. The roles are: · Principal · Associate Principal (8+ years of consulting experience) · Managing Consultant (5+ years of consulting experience) · Senior Associate (3+ years of consulting experience) · Associate (Entry level with MBA or other graduate degree) · Analyst (Entry level with undergraduate degree) |

The solutions track is similar to career paths at software product companies. The roles are: · Vice President · Director (8+ years of business experience) · Manager/Architect (5+ years of business and/or IT experience) · Senior Developer (3+ years of IT experience) · Developer (Entry level with graduate degree) · Programmer Analyst (Entry level with undergraduate degree) |
