Careers at C-Metrix

At C-Metrix it is recognized as an absolute truth that our most critical assets are the ideas, energy, courage, dedication and persistence of our people. These elements are common among all C-Metripolitans, from consulting leaders to administrative and support personnel.

There are primarily two career tracks at C-Metrix:

 

1.  Consultant Track

 

2.  Solutions Development & Support Track

The consultant track is similar to career paths at management consulting firms. The roles are:

·  Principal

·  Associate Principal (8+ years of consulting experience)

·  Managing Consultant (5+ years of consulting experience)

·  Senior Associate (3+ years of consulting experience)

·  Associate (Entry level with MBA or other graduate degree)

·  Analyst (Entry level with undergraduate degree)

The solutions track is similar to career paths at software product companies. The roles are:

·   Vice President

·   Director (8+ years of business experience)

·   Manager/Architect (5+ years of business and/or IT experience)

·   Senior Developer (3+ years of IT experience)

·   Developer (Entry level with graduate degree)

·   Programmer Analyst (Entry level with undergraduate degree)
